Subscription (Purchase Options) Cancellation Policy

Blue Ridge Rabbit Meat Co. offers subscribe & save purchase options on eligible products. By subscribing, you authorize us to automatically charge your saved payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

How your subscription works

  • Delivery frequency: Choose to receive your order every 2, 4, 6, or 8 weeks. Your payment method is charged automatically at the start of each cycle.
  • Subscriber savings: 5% off your first three orders and 10% off every order after that, applied automatically for as long as your subscription stays active.
  • No commitment: There is no minimum number of orders. You may cancel at any time.

Manage, pause, or cancel

You can skip, reschedule, change products or quantities, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time from your customer account, or by using the Manage Subscription link in any subscription email. You can also contact us, and we will make the change for you.

Timing of changes

  • Subscriptions renew and are prepared for shipment on Mondays. To change or cancel an upcoming order, please make your change at least 5 days before your renewal date. Changes made inside that window may take effect on your next cycle.
  • Orders ship Tuesday and Wednesday via FedEx and UPS, packed frozen with gel ice packs and insulated liners.

Charges and refunds

  • Each recurring order is charged automatically to your saved payment method, and we email a confirmation for every order.
  • Because our products are perishable, orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled or refunded. If there is a problem with a delivered order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
