These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, products, and services (collectively, the "Services") offered by Blue Ridge Rabbit Meat Co. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By placing an order you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Our Products

We sell perishable, frozen rabbit meat and related food and pet-food products. Product descriptions, weights, and images are provided as accurately as possible but are approximate; actual cut weights and appearance may vary naturally. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct errors in pricing or product information at any time.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, exceed available supply, or cannot be safely shipped to your location. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for all charges, including the product price and any applicable shipping fees and taxes, calculated at checkout. By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount.

5. Subscriptions

If you enroll in a subscribe & save purchase option, recurring charges and cancellation terms are governed by our Subscription (Purchase Options) Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping timing, carriers, packaging, and zone rates are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds for perishable products are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Both policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Because our products are perishable, returns require pre-approval and certain items cannot be returned once shipped.

7. Food Safety

Our products are raw or frozen and must be handled, stored, cooked, and consumed in accordance with safe food-handling guidelines. It is normal for orders to arrive partially thawed; per USDA guidance, product that arrives at 40°F (4°C) or below is safe to use immediately or refreeze. You are responsible for proper handling after delivery. Products intended for pets are labeled as such and are not for human consumption.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and product photography — is owned by or licensed to Blue Ridge Rabbit Meat Co. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with their operation or security, to submit false information, or to infringe the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate access to anyone who violates these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated, the Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Ridge Rabbit Meat Co. and its owners, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blue Ridge Rabbit Meat Co. from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Benton County, Arkansas.
