We ship Monday through Wednesday. Place your order by 10:00 AM CT on Wednesday and it ships that same week. Orders placed after the Wednesday cutoff ship the following week.

Choose FedEx Overnight — Priority Packing at checkout for VIP treatment: your order is packed first and shipped overnight via FedEx, arriving the next business day.

Priority Packing rates are based on package weight and destination:

Priority Packing follows the same daily order cutoff as standard orders — orders placed after the cutoff ship the next shipping day.

Order Minimums

To maintain proper temperature control, single packs must be ordered in pairs (2) or trios (3). We recommend orders of $200 or more for the best packaging and delivery experience, and that is also where shipping becomes free.

Where We Ship

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii where FedEx or UPS service is available.

Carriers & Packaging

We ship via FedEx Priority Overnight, FedEx 2Day, or FedEx Home Delivery depending on your location, and UPS 2Day Air or UPS Ground where applicable. Every order is packed with gel ice packs and an insulated liner, calibrated for your transit time to keep it frozen or refrigerator-cold on arrival.

Transit Time

Most orders arrive within 1–3 business days of shipment, packed to stay cold the whole way.
