Refund policy
Because everything we sell is perishable frozen meat, our policy is simple. Please read it before placing your order.
Returns
We do not accept returns. All of our products are perishable, and once an order leaves our facility it cannot be restocked or resold for food safety reasons. All sales are final.
Refunds will not be issued for refused or returned shipments.
Refunds
Refunds are limited to situations involving quality problems, food safety concerns, or an error on our part (such as a missing or incorrect item).
Clear photos are required for any refund to be approved. Please include photos of the exterior packaging, the product, the labels, and the condition of the ice packs.
Order Issues
If there is an issue with your order, such as a missing item, an incorrect item, or product that arrived compromised, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at blueridgerabbits@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will review your claim and respond promptly.
Claims submitted after 24 hours or without photo documentation may not be eligible for a refund.
Arrival Temperature Standard
Your order is considered safely delivered if it arrives at 40°F (4°C) or below, the USDA standard for safe refrigeration. Partially thawed meat that is still cold to the touch is safe to use immediately or refreeze, and is not eligible for a refund.
